Your focus note, examples, application records and checklist use local storage. They are not synchronised by signing in and are not attached to general enquiries.
Local storage is not an encrypted vault. Other people with access to the same browser profile may be able to read the records. Use aliases and avoid sensitive information.
Open the local workbookAccount and enquiry forms send the details you explicitly enter. A request submitted while signed in is linked to that account.
The general form is not a CV upload or secure document-review portal. Agree an appropriate route for any service documents separately.
Read the privacy noticeDownloaded workbook notes are ordinary text files. Store them appropriately. Browser records can be lost when data is cleared or a profile changes; signing in does not restore them.
The tracker keeps the statuses you select. It does not apply for roles, contact employers, rank candidates or make employment decisions.
